"Nini" - Stephanie Bernard

Stephanie from the island Mauritius, raised in Perth and moved to Sydney in 2013. Stephanie began learning Samba in Perth back in September 2012. Been drawn to the drums, she took her first class and fell in love with the dance. She trained multiple times weekly and earned herself shows every weekend in Perth. Luckily enough, she had the opportunity to perform for a high profile wedding in South Africa.
Stephanie moved to Sydney in May 2013 and has trained and worked for nearly all the Sydney Samba groups performing in weddings, engagements, birthdays, festivals, Carnivals, Brazilian Restaurants & Channel 7 across Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
Stephanie got accepted into the LDA Samba Show team in September 2015 and now performs regularly for Latin Dance Australia. 5 months later, she was accepted into the Amy Mills LDA Samba Pro Team. This was a dream come true to finally work with Stephanie's number one Samba artist inspiration AMY MILLS.
Stephanie runs her own events business, occasionally does TV extra work, Part time Gardener and is a KONGA instructor, past Zumba Instructor.
Stephanie also performs and teaches Mauritian Sega and has trained in Dancehall & Hip Hop.
Stephanie has not only a passion for dance but for Body Sculpting and Nutrition. Stephanie is a qualified Personal Trainer with a personal weight loss of 20kg. She is the 2014 INBA Bikini Model Overall Champion entering 5 competitions in one year & won many titles to hold forever:
2 x 1st Place Bikini Overall Model,
4 x 1st Place Open Bikini Model,
1 x 1st Intermediate Bikini Model
1 x 1st Novice Bikini Model
2 x 3rd Place Opens & Novice Model
Stephanie also qualified for the Worlds "PNBA/INBA Natural Olympia" in San Diego, USA.
